Where can I buy tickets?

PLEASE only purchase tickets from the official Kaboodle or Eventbrite outlets.

Your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase, they will be attached to your confirmation email. Please make sure you bring your tickets to the event.

Unfortunately, there are a number of ticket scammers who post on social media with duplicate or void tickets at a discounted price. We cannot help you if you are scammed in this way. If in doubt, always contact us to check.

What does it mean if my ticket has an entry time?

For some events, we offer tiered entry time tickets. If your ticket has a “pre 3pm entry” or “pre 4pm entry” time on it, you MUST have your ticket scanned before this time. This is to help manage crowd flow and keep the experience smooth and safe for everyone. It helps us manage queues and give everyone the best possible experience. This means your ticket gives you access to the festival only if you arrive before the time stated on your ticket. 

What happens if I miss my entry time?

If you arrive after the time on your ticket, you may be asked to pay the difference between your discounted ticket and the standard entry price. Early entry tickets are cheaper because they require you to arrive early - so please plan ahead to make it on time!

How do I access my tickets?

Your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase, they will be attached to your confirmation email. Please make sure you bring your tickets to the event.  

Tickets can be shown on your phone so long as the QR code is clearly visible. 

Please also check your junk folder, just in case. Tickets will either be from Kaboodle or Eventbrite, depending where you purchased.

What if I have lost my email confirmation?

If purchased from Kaboodle

Login to your Kaboodle account using the email your purchased with, then follow the steps to download your ticket.

If you wish to swap/upgrade your ticket type, please email customer services (summertimelive@kaboodle.com) with your request and the customer service team will be able to assist.

What if I have bought tickets to the wrong show?

If purchased from Kaboodle

If you have purchased from Eventbrite

Login to your Eventbrite account using the email you purchased with. If you don’t remember your password you can click “forgot password” and will be emailed a recovery link.

What is the Refund Policy

Tickets are non refundable once you have purchased. If you can no longer attend you are welcome to gift to family and friends without the need to change ticket information.

VIP Garden tickets

VIP tickets include fast track entry via your own dedicated VIP entrance, access to the VIP Garden to relax with premium bar and posh loos. Any additional VIP inclusions will be listed on individual show webpages.

If you have purchased VIP Garden tickets, you will have a separate entrance where you will be given a VIP wrist band which will gain entry to The VIP Garden. You will not be admitted without a wrist band, please make sure you obtain one when entering the venue. Please note the VIP Garden doesn’t always have a view of the stage.

Carer ticket applications are open for Made in the 80s Live at the Abbey (17th July), Five Live at the Abbey (24th July), and Madness Live at Royal Windsor (13th Aug).

For events where chairs are NOT permitted, but you have a medical reason for not being able to stand up for long periods of time you may bring 1 chair, providing you have contacted us by emailing hello@yoursummerlive.co.uk with your request, along with relevant proof (such as a letter from a medical professional).

Unless otherwise stated in marketing materials, all shows are open air concerts. Please come prepared for the weather.

There is limited seating set away from the stage. This is available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved.

Please note our performances may contain lasers and flashing lights.

The promoter reserves the right to modify the programme.

Last entry is at 9pm.
Once you enter the event there is no readmission.

Bag check: You are reminded that bags must be no bigger than the dimensions of an A4 piece of paper. Bags will be searched upon entry for the safety of all our visitors.

Search dogs: Anyone attempting to enter the site with illegal substances will be refused entry.

Ticket check: Please have your tickets ready as a print-out or on your phone with the QR code clearly visible for scanning.

Food & Drink

Food and drink is not permitted into any event. There will be a variety of bars and food available to purchase onsite.

Sealed and full water bottles no more than 500ml are permitted. Empty plastic water bottles are also permitted and can be filled at water filling stations around the site.

Bags & Other Items

Bags that are no larger than an A4 piece of paper may be bought into the event. Please note that bags will be searched upon entry.

No glass, aerosols or liquids are permitted inside the venue.

We have a strict no drug policy. Anyone attempting to enter with illegal substances & illegal/legal highs (including nitrous oxide) will be refused entry.

Most of our events are cashless. Please bring card/contactless for any purchases you may wish to make on the day.

If you have a dietary requirement, please check with the food stall.

There will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

Please make sure you inform the team when ordering.
